FAST INSTRUCTIONS FOR WINDOWS USERS: *** README.html file: Full instructions to install and run the software. *** Setup a binary executable installation for windows 32-bits (highly recommended): - Install: Including non-free libraries: setup_lossyfilters.exe Free GUI and libraries only: setup_mwfiltersgui.exe - Doubleclick 'mwfiltersgui' icon in your desktop: The GUI starts. Notice that all buttons show tooltips when you place the mouse cursor over the button. Click the 'Open parameter file' button and open 'Parameters.par' file. Enjoy yourself playing with the software! Note: There are several *.par files in the program folder. Only the Parameters.par file of the free distribution does not need non-free libraries.
